Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion entitles you to a single M&S, Argos or Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* or eGift Card worth £100 (the “Gift”) as a ‘thank you’ if you buy a Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover policy between 5th October 2020 and 28th March 2021 (the "Offer") subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Following your policy purchase, you will be contacted by either post or email (per the contact details you provided in your application for Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover) (the “Invitation”) and therein invited to make a selection of the Gift you wish to receive.
Once you have received the Invitation, you must select your Gift, online via the link emailed to you, at www.postofficerewards.co.uk/Over50sOct20, or by telephone on 01565 747 822. You may select your Gift at any date following the Invitation, but no later than 365 days from the commencement date of your Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover policy.
You must retain the policy for at least the 180 day qualifying period, and make at least 6 monthly direct debit payments to be eligible for the Offer.
If you are eligible for the Offer, you will not receive your Gift until you have made your selection (see Paragraph 4 above) and the qualifying period has passed.
If you have been sent the Invitation, but have not selected your Gift after 365 days from the commencement date of your Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover policy, the Invitation will expire and no Gift will be sent to you.
The Gift that you selected will be sent to you if eligible within 28 days after the end of the 180 day qualifying period, as long as the policy is still active and a minimum of 6 monthly payments have been paid.
Gift Cards will be sent by post; eGift Cards will be sent by email.
If you decide to cancel your cover within the first 30 days of the commencement date of the policy you will be refunded the monthly payments you have paid in full but will not be eligible for the Offer. If you decide to cancel after the first 30 days but before the end of the 180 day qualifying period, you will not be refunded monthly payments already made or be eligible for the Offer.
The Offer is open to anyone who is a permanent UK resident aged between 50 and 80 (inclusive) eligible for Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover. This Offer does not apply to Post Office Limited employees, Post Office Management Services Limited employees, or Post Office Sub-postmasters and their employees who work in Post Office branches.
Please note it is not possible to cover more than one person on an individual policy; however, couples wishing to take out Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover may apply for separate policies, in which case each policy may be separately eligible for the Offer.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
This Offer is applicable to applications for Post Office Money® Over 50s Life Cover made online, by phone or in branch, or via paper application between 5th October 2020 and 28th March 2021. If any application cannot be completed in branch, the customer is referred by a Post Office branch employee to a Post Office Money Life Contact Centre to complete the application.
The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
The Offer can only be redeemed/used once per person.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer without notice at any time.
The promoter of this promotion is Post Office Management Services Limited (the "Promoter").
